Fabianne Wolff Gershon was one of the first communications strategists, over 17 years ago, to provide counsel on corporate governance and ethics policies. She has launched successful product or service public relations programs for prominent investment and commercial banks, accounting firms, drug marketers, railroads and sovereign countries while simultaneously directing a communications strategy to educate public opinion on controversial management issues for these same clients. She was the senior managing director in charge of corporate communications at The Bear Stearns Companies Inc., The Morgan Stanley Group and Blyth Eastman Dillon (Paine Webber). She counseled Norfolk Southern, Price Waterhouse, Lehman Brothers and CoreStates Financial in their mergers and IPOs. Ms. Gershon has created communications programs in Russia, China, Hungary, Austria, India and most of Europe.
